Margaret A. Radke
I am passionate about helping leaders build their businesses with teamwork and cultures that cultivate the best in people.
During my 25 years as founder, President and head consultant for Think&learn, I have worked with many different leaders at all stages and across many industries. Those experiences have taught me what works and what is a waste of time. As such, I seek to work with people and organizations who want to improve with a healthy focus on people and results. I listen deeply, constantly challenge, respect the uniqueness of every person and have earned the trust to deliver exceptional results.
Prior to founding Think&learn, I was in executive roles in sales, operations, and human resources at UHS, Wilson Learning and Control Data. With a personal understanding of the demands on executives, my approach is real world based and always focused on driving strategic priorities.
